paper_mario_the_thousand_year_door:efolder
In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door's root file structure, various misc textures is stored in root/e, with one subfolder.
The tpl format is a compressed file format that contains .tga files, which can be opened by most graphical editing programs.

There are a total of four tpl files in the efolder's subfolder, which uses a country code.
effect.tpl
This tpl file holds a variety of textures, which includes number graphics, dialogue symbols, heart/starpower/flower point symbols, status effect graphics, and new area name label among other graphics.
effect_n64.tpl
Contains unused graphics, which is the Tubba Blubba's Heart texture from PM64.
effect_sys.tpl
This tpl file contains chapter emblem symbols, as well as the chapter start text (chapter, numbers, prologue)
effect_us.tpl
This tpl file contains only one graphic, and that is the “LEVEL” text.
