N64 Color Combiner Decoder/Encoder by Davideesk
These are 2 simple online tools that I made in javascript to decode and encode 0xFC commands. The decoder will break down the 0xFC into the separate tables to view the different a, b, c, d values. The encoder allows you to create custom 0xFC commands by selecting the a, b, c, d values in each of the tables.
